The L type double rotary pipe welding positioned is stationery structure.
The working table can rotate, turn over and elevate, powered by arc tooth speed reducer which has strong output torque.
Use the frequency converter with imported technology, to realize working table stepless speed adjustment. The speed adjustment is with high accuracy, wide range and stable output torque.
This welding positioned could be united with welding manipulator or welder and become automatic welding center.
The control system includes the major control cabinet and foot pedal switch (5m wire).
For special customer need and work-piece application requirement, our factory can also design and manufacture different type.
HB type welding positioner:
The machine is fixed type. The working table has self-lock function.
SHW type double column welding positioner:
The machine is made up of power box, cross beam, rotary plate, press device and tailstock.
We can supply double column single rotary type and double column double rotary type.
The machine makes the work piece being in the best welding position by rotate, turn and lift it properly. The reducer is circle-arc tooth type which has large output torque, and can well meet the rotary and turning requirement. The imported technology for frequency converter can realize the working plate's stepless speed adjustment, with wide speed adjustment range, high precision and steady torque output.
The electric control system is main control cabinet plus a distant control box, with 15m wire.
